Dinner at Fiorentino's Cucino Italiana.
No pictures because there were too many dishes being passed around and it was dark.
Grilled octopus
Grilled filet and sauteed spinach, steamed broccoli
Small bites of other people's foods (calamari, chicken, cream sauce)
Cheat!
Made the drive all the way out to Metropolis. Can't not have a latte.

Thai chicken lettuce wrap filling I made a while ago. Found in back of freezer. It's amazing how much salt I used to use pre-paleo challenge. Salty!

Tasted them side by side. They are so different from each other that if I were given them in separate unmarked cups, I wouldn't know they were supposed to be the same things. The coconut of course tasted like coconut and I liked it much more. The carton, while not bad on it's own, just doesn't taste like what it's suppose to be. But drink it for what it is, and it's fine. The real coconut is a bit of a pain to open.

The jelly inside is also a great bonus dessert after a meal.
Dinner at Spring. Wow, REALLY nice restaurant.
