But I used 2 eggs, half cup almond flour, half cup coconut flour, and 2 tbsp coconut oil. Mixed them up. Then kept adding a little water (or coconut milk) until the consistency gets a little wetter like thick porridge. Then just mixed in some frozen blueberries.
what's your pancake reciepe? I made the paleo oancake reciepe from the crossfit site and it didn't turn out so well, your looks pretty good!
