El Agave

Didn't eat sour cream, beans, or rice.

Had 1 stupid nacho on way out.
Delicious delicious beer.

Forgot to take picture till it was half eaten. Did not eat bun.
Godfather's Pizza in Springfield, IL on the way to St. Charles. We were hungry, didn't know where to find healthy food, and I'm pretty sure Emily played a Jedi mind trick on me to make me want it really bad.

Kamehachi

I in no way endorse Kamehachi. Mediocre/average at best. We just had a couple of Groupons to use.

Salad and flank steak

Blueberry almond meal/coconut muffin. Tried using carob powder as a chocolate alternative. Tastes alright, but made things very dry. Will need to tweak recipe.

End of Week 4 Stats

Weight: 165 lbs (0 change since last week. I FEEL lighter. Must be massive weight gains in the gunz)
